In my younger, less aware days I ate a lot of meat, and didn't even think about where it came from, or let alone care. Or if I did, I blocked it out.   1. With oil pan Fry the onion, leeks, tomato for 5 minutes.

  3. Add in the curry powder and stir fry then add in water mix well, add salt and light soy sauce then mix for another 2 minutes.
  4. Off heat and enjoy.
